I live and work as a guest on occupied Anishinaabe territory, home of the Council of Three Fires Odawa, Potowatomi and Ojibwe. Michigan is home to Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island. I honor the people and spirits of this land, and stand in solidarity with a commitment to protect the sacred land and water of the Great Lakes region.
